Abstract: REGULATION Z, ISSUED BY THE FEDERAL RESERVE BOARD, IMPLEMENTS THE TRUTH-IN-LENDING ACT. IT REQUIRES UNIFORM COST AND OTHER DISCLOSURES TO BE MADE IN CONSUMER CREDIT ADVERTISEMENTS, CONTRACTS, AND OTHER TRANSACTIONS.
