Abstract: THIS REGULATION PROMULGATES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR PROVIDING MANAGEMENT ADVICE TO FARMER PROGRAM LOAN APPLICANTS AND BORROWERS. THE REGULATION IS ALSO BEING AMENDED TO IMPLEMENT A BORROWER TRAINING PROGRAM AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 1818 OF THE FOOD, AGRICULTURE, CONSERVATION, AND TRADE ACT OF 1991 (FACT ACT).
