Abstract: THROUGH THE CORPS MEMBER APPLICATION, THE NCCC WILL BE ABLE TO SELECT PARTICIPANTS BASED ON THE CRITERIA IN SUBTITLE E OF PUBLIC LAW 103-82. IT IS MANDATED THAT 50 PERCENT OF THE PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ECONOMICALL DISADVANTAGED. THE NCCC WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ENSURE PARTICIPANTS ARE FR DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS.
