Abstract: INFORMATION IS NEEDED FOR CUSTOMS TO BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN OF TEXTILES. THE REQUIREMENT PREVENTS CIRCUMVENTION OF BILATERAL AGREEMENTS AND INSURES THE PROPER ASSESSMENT OF DUTIES.
