Abstract: CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZED BY CONDITIONAL LICENSE IS REQUIRED BY LICENSEE. IT IS USED BY THE FCC TO EVALUATE THE CONSTRUCTION STATUS AND TO ENSURE THAT LICENSEE HAS FULFILLED THE CONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS IN ITS AUTHORIZATION. THE FORM WILL BE USED FOR STATIONS AUTHORIZED IN VARIOUS SERVICES UNDER 47 CFR 21.
