Abstract: THE MMS HAS REVISED THE SOLID MINERALS PAYOR INFORMATION FORM, MMS-403 TO ELIMINATE OBSOLETE FIELDS, ADD PERTINENT FIELDS, AND MAKE IT EASIER FOR MMS AND PAYORS ON SOLID MINERAL LEASES (COAL, LEAD, ZINC, COPPER, SAND, AND GRAVEL, ETC.) TO ESTABLISH AND UPDATE THE PAYOR DATA BASE.
