Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by ED's 4/12/94 memorandum to OMB. Approval throu 12/95 will allow this form to be used until the reauthorized Elementar and Secondary Education Act goes into effect. In addition: -- ED shall not collect information on this performance report that applicants have already provided in their applications. Specifically, this may apply to Qs. 3 and 8 of Part II. -- This report collects information on program processes, with minimal attention paid to student outcomes. ED shall resubmit the report duri the first year of reauthorization. The revised report shall deemphasi process indicators to the extent allowed under the new law, and increa collection of information on student outcomes.
