Abstract: NCES WILL FIELD A TELEPHONE SURVEY OF HOUSEHOLDS COVERING EARLY CHILDHOOD, NONPARENTAL CARE/EDUCATION AND ADULT EDUCATION. THE COLLECTION WILL REPEAT THE TOPICS COVERED IN 1991 AND PROVIDE INFORMATION RELATED TO GOALS 1 AND 5 OF THE NATIONAL EDUCATION GOALS.
