Abstract: THE STUDY WILL PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR A REPORT TO CONGRESS ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF FEDERALLY FUNDED STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES PROGRAMS AND THE OUTCOME OF THE PROGRAM FOR PARTICIPANTS. PROJECT AND INSTITUTIONAL STAFF, STUDENT PARTICIPANTS, AND COMPARISON GROUP STUDEN WILL BE SURVEYED.
