DATA ARE USED BY FERC, BEA, EPA, AND DOE(FE) IN MODELS AND TO EVALUATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE CLEAN AIR ACT. RESPONDENTS ARE STEAM-ELECTRIC PLANTS OF 100 MW OR MORE. POWER PLANTS BETWEEN 10 MW AND 100 MW REPORT ONLY ON FGD UNITS AND PAGE 6.
