This ICR for the
Combined Sewer Overflow Policy is approved for three years with the
understanding that the Post-Construction Compliance Monitoring
Program be the least burdensome necessary to meet the objectives of
the Policy as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act regulations
(see 5 CFR 1320). In developing monitoring guidance, EPA shall
consider the burden imposed on the regulated entities including the
frequency of monitoring, the number of pollutants, and sampling
locations. EPA should include in the renewal ICR their best
estimate the burden associated with a reasonable and targeted
compliance monitoring program.
