Abstract: THIS ICR ADDRESSES INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM 170 UTILITY UNITS REQUIR TO COMPLY WITH THE NITROGEN OXIDES EMISSION REDUCTION PROVISIONS OF TH ACID RAIN PROGRAM (40 CFR PART 76) DURING PHASE I (1995 THROUGH 1999). THE INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL BE USED TO INCORPORATE NOX COMPLIANCE COSTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING PHASE II EMISSION LIMITATIONS FOR NOX.
