Abstract: A REQUIREMENT IS IMPOSED UPON RAILROADS TO NOTIFY STATES OF RAILROAD POLICE OFFICERS WHICH WILL OPERATE OUTSIDE THE STATES BY WHICH THEY WERE ORIGINALLY COMMISSIONED, PURSUANT TO THE CRIME CONTROL ACT OF 190 THE REQUIREMENTS ARE NECESSARY TO VERIFY PROPER POLICE AUTHORITY.
