Abstract: PURUSUANT TO EXECUTIVE ORDER 12862 OF SEPTEMBER 11, 1993, THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION SAFETY BOARD PLANS TO SURVEY CUSTOMERS OF ITS ANALYSIS AND DATA DIVISION TO DETERMINE THE KIND AND QUALITY OF SERVICES THEY WANT AND THEIR LEVEL OF SATISFACTION WITH EXISTING SERVICES. THE PROPOSED SURVEY WILL BE SENT TO CUSTOMERS AS THEIR ORDERS ARE FULFILLE CUSTOMER COMPLETION AND RETURN OF THE SURVEY WILL BE VOLUNTARY.
