Abstract: THE EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION (EEOC) HAS ADVISED USDA TO DEVISE AND IMPLEMENT A MEANS FOR COLLECTING INFORMATION FROM APPLICANT TO DETERMINE IF USDA RECRUITMENT EFFORTS RESULT IN INCREASED PROTECTED CLASS APPLICANT FLOW. RESULTS ARE TO BE REPORTED TO EEOC.
