Abstract: REGULATION PROMULGATES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES IN ASSISTING STATES IN FINANCING FARMLAND PRESERVATION FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS. THE FARMER HOME ADMINISTRATION WAS AUTHORIZED BY THE FOOD, AGRICULTURE, CONSERVATION, AND TRADE ACT OF 1990 TO GUARANTEE LOANS TO ASSIST STATE IN FINANCING SUCH AN EFFORT.
