Abstract: THE AIR FORCE MATERIEL COMMAND NEEDS TO DETERMINE IF IT IS BEING A GOO NEIGHBOR IN THE 14 LOCATIONS WHERE ITS 14 BASES ARE LOCATED. EACH BAS WOULD INVITE LOCAL COMMUNITY PEOPLE TO THE BASE FOR AN INFORMAL GATHERING WHERE THE SIX QUESTION SURVEY WOULD BE ADMINISTERED. THE AI FORCE MATERIEL COMMAND NEEDS THE SURVEY TO DETERMINE FUTURE COMMUNITY RELATIONS ACTIONS.
