Abstract: THE AEAN IS AN AUTOMATED DATA BASE CONTAINING 7,800 EMPLOYERS WHO HAVE VOLUNTARILY SIGNED UP TO ACCEPT RESUMES FROM SEPARATING SOLDIERS, CIVILIANS, AND FAMILY MEMBERS. THE EMPLOYMENT LISTING, ISSUED MONTHLY WILL ENABLE THE CONTRACTOR TO UPDATE THE AEAN WITH PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYMENT THAT WILL MEET THE NEEDS OF THE EMPLOYERS AND THE USERS.
