Abstract: PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE AGENCIES THAT AWARD FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO COMMUNITY-BASED NONGOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES WILL REQUIRE APPLICANTS TO SEND A PORTION OF THEIR APPLICATION TO AFFECTED STANDARD LOCAL HEALTH AGENCIES. THE PURPOSE IS TO INFORM STATE AND LOCAL AGENCIES ABOUT SERVICES PROVIDED AND THE POPULATIONS SERVED.
