PROGRAMS HAVE MET GOALS OF (1) DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING CRISIS
INTERVENTION MODELS FOR SERVING CHILDREN IN SUBSTANCE-ABUSING
FAMILIES OR (2) REMOVING BARRIERS TO TREATMENT FOR
SUBSTANCE-ABUSING PARENTS OR CARETAKERS. DATA SOURCES WILL CONSIST
OF SITE VISIT INTERVIEWS WITH AGENCY STAFF AND REVIEWS
