Abstract: THE UNITED STATES IS REQUIRED TO COLLECT THIS INFORMATION BY THE SUPREME COURT AND REQUIRES WATER USERS TO COMPLY UNDER WATER DELIVERY CONTRACTS. IT WILL BE USED TO ASSESS WHETHER WATER USERS STAY WITHIN CONTRACT ENTITLEMENTS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC INCLUDES STATE, LOCAL, AND TRIBAL ENTITIES AND INDIVIDUALS.
