Abstract: A STATE OR INDIAN TRIBE WISHING TO ENTER INTO A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE MINERALS MANAGEMENT SERVICE TO DO ROYALTY AUDITS MUST FIRST COMPLETE AN APPLICATION DETAILING A WORK PLAN, BUDGET ESTIMATE, AND QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PERSONNEL WHO WILL BE INVOLVED. QUARTERLY REIMBURSEMENT VOUCHERS AND ANNUAL RENEWAL PLANS MUST ALSO BE FILED.
