THE ABATEMENT CERTIFICATE AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE ARE NECESSARY TO VERIFY THAT ABATEMENT OF A HAZARDOUS CONDITION HAS IN FAC OCCURRED.
