Abstract: 33 CFR 146.130 PROVIDES A MECHANISM TO ACCOMPLISH THE NEED FOR AN EFFICIENT MEANS OF DISSEMINATING INFORMATION TO ALL PERSONS ON PARTICULAR CATEGORIES OF MANNED OCS FACILITIES AS TO THEIR DUTIES, DUT STATION, AND SIGNALS USED IN AN EMERGENCY AND DURING DRILLS.
