AND ABOVE AND ALL U.S. FLAG OIL TANKERS OF 150 GROSS TONS AND ABOVE
ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY APPROVED SHIPBOARD OIL POLLUTION EMERGENCY
PLANS. THE COAST GUARD WILL REVIEW SUBMITTED PLANS TO ENSURE
COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATION 26 TO ANNEX I OF MARPOL 73/78.
