U.S.C. 1427), AUTHORIZES CERTIFICATION OF REPAIR STATIONS FOR THE
REPAIR, ALTERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF AIRCRAFT. 14 CFR 145
PRESCRIBES RULES GOVERNING CERTIFICATION OF REPAIR STATION
OPERATORS AND THE ISSUE OF CERTIFICATE INFORMATION COLLECTED IS
USED FOR CERTIFICATION AND DETERMINATION OF COMPLIANCE.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
