THIS NPRM WILL AMEND, 14 CFR SECTION 121, 129, AND 135 TO REQUIRE OPERATORS TO COMPLY WITH CURRENT AGING AIRPLANE REQUIREMENTS MANDATED BY THE FAA. THIS AMENDMENT TO THE CFR IS NEEDED TO ASSURE THE CONTINUED AIRWORTHINESS OF THE AGING FLEET.
