In accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, this information
collection is approved for one hour pending the final rule When the
agency is prepared to issue the final rule, it shall submit a ICR
which includes any changes made between the proposed and final
rules. In addition, the agency shall include in the justification a
complete description of the data required for label approval and
how the agency proposes to use this information. This approval also
does not cover the submission of "healthy" labels for prior
approval since was not included in the reqest. Prior to
implementation of the final rule, the agency shall seek clearance
for this aspect of the new regulation.
