with the exception of one question. The basis module question
number four requests information about racial or ethnic
identification of respondents. The form of this question is
currently not in accordance with OMB Statistical Policy Directive
15. If the question is to be used it should be brought into
conformance with this Directive.

THE MOUNT BAKER-SNOQUALMIE NATIONAL FOREST TO IDENTIFY RECREATIONAL
USES TO AID MANAGERS AND PLANNERS IN THE DECISIONMAKING PROCESS SO
THAT PREFERRED OPPORTUNITIES WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE PUBLIC.

IN MEETING THE CHANGING RECREATION NEEDS OF THE PUBLIC AS STATED IN
