THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY IS TO GENERATE POPULATION-BASED INFORMATION ABOUT THE PREVALENCE OF SELF-REPORTED FATIGUING ILLNESSES IN AN ETHNICALLY DIVERSE URBAN POPULATION. THE STUDY WILL ALSO PROVIDE BASI INFORMATION ABOUT THE EXTENT TO WHICH CRITERIA NOW INCLUDED IN THE CAS DEFINITION OF CFS ARE USEFUL IN IDENTIFYING A UNIQUE SYNDROME ASSOCIAT WITH FATIGUE.
