Abstract: THE GOM PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICE HAS CUSTOMERS FROM THE GAS AND OIL INDUSTRY, INFORMATION SERVICE COMPANIES, FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, FOREIGN COUNTRIES, UNIVERSITIES, PRESS, ENVIRONMENTAL GROUPS, LEGAL COMMUNITY, BANKS, CONSULTANTS, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC. INFORMATION FROM THIS SURVEY WILL CAPTURE THE "GAP" BETWEEN CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS AND THEIR PERCEPTION OF THE LEVEL OF SERVICES PROVIDED.
