Abstract: THROUGH THE PARTICIPANT APPLICATION, THE NATIONAL LEADERSHIP CORPS WIL SELECT PARTICIPANTS BASED ON CRITERIA OUTLINED IN SECTION 138(E) OF TH NATIONAL AND COMMUNITY SERVICE ACT OF 1990 (AS AMENDED). THE NLC WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ENSURE PARTICIPANTS ARE FROM DIVERSE ETHNIC AND SKI BACKGROUNDS.
