Abstract: IMS NEEDS THIS INFORMATION TO CONDUCT QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS TO ASSESS THE CP PROJECT REGARDING THREE KEY ISSUES: TASK PERFORMANCE, IMPACT OF THE PROGRAM, AND MISSION ACHIEVEMENT. FROM THI EVALUATION, IMS WILL BE ABLE TO DETERMINE IMPROVEMENT PROPOSALS IN THESE THREE AREAS. RESPONDENTS ARE A SAMPLE OF REVIEWERS WHO HAVE REVIEWED CP PROGRAM APPLICATIONS AT LEAST ONCE BETWEEN 1990 AND 1993.
