Abstract: STANDARD FORM 3105 A-E ARE THE INSTRUMENTS BY WHICH AN EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATING IN THE FEDERAL EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM (FERS) APPLIE FOR RETIREMENT ON THE BASIS OF DISABILITY.
