Abstract: THE HELIUM ACT (P.L. 86-777) (50 U.S.C 167A ET SEQ.) REQUIRES FEDERAL AGENCIES TO PROCURE HELIUM FROM THE BUREAU OF MINES, DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR.
