Abstract: ENGINE MANUFACTURERS WILL REPORT TEST DATA AND MAINTENANCE RECORDS. THEY WILL SUBMIT REPORTS ANNUALLY. EPA WILL USE THIS INFORMATION TO DETERMINE THE DURABILITY OF EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEMS AND ACTUAL IN-USE EMISSION LEVELS OF REGULATED NONROAD ENGINES.
