Abstract: THE CUSTOMERS TO BE SURVEYED WILL BE TAKEN FROM AN EXISTING MAILING LIST THAT WE HAVE SENT PREVIOUS SAFETY PUBLICATIONS TO IN THE PAST. THE RESPONSES TO THIS SURVEY WILL GIVE US A BETTER IDEA OF WHAT SAFETY INFORMATION WOULD BE MOST VALUABLE TO OUR CUSTOMERS. THIS IS ALSO IN SUPPORT OF OUR TQM OBJECTIVES.
