Abstract: THE PRESERVATION SUPPORT GRANTS NOFA PROVIDES FUNDS TO TENANT CONTROLLED AND COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS TO UNDERTAKE ACTIVITIES T ORGANIZE "UNORGANIZED TENANTS" IN ELIGIBLE HUD PROPERTIES.
