Abstract: HUD SEEKS TO IDENTIFY MEASURABLE OR QUANTIFIABLE CHARACTERISTICS OF GOOD MULTIFAMILY MANAGEMENT AGENTS. HUD WOULD USE ANY IDENTIFIED CHARACTERISTICS IN THE APPROVAL AND MONITORING OF AGENTS WHO WOULD MANAGE HUD-INSURED AND HUD-HELD MULTIFAMILY PROJECTS. RESPONDENTS TO THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION WOULD BE CURRENT HUD PROJECT MANAGEMENT AGENTS WHICH HUD FIELD OFFICE STAFF CONSIDER TO BE GOOD AGENTS.
