Abstract: FCC 1215 WILL BE FILED BY CABLE OPERATORS IN CONJUNCTION WITH FCC 1200 AND 1210, WHICH ARE USED TO DETERMINE MAXIMUM PERMITTED RATES FOR REGULATED SERVICES. CABLE OPERATORS WILL SUBMIT THIS FORM TO LOCAL FRANCHISING AUTHORITIES OR THE FCC. IT WILL ALSO BE FILED WITH THE FCC WHEN RESPONDING TO A COMPLAINT FILED WITH THE COMMISSION ABOUT CABLE PROGRAMMING SERVICE RATES AND EQUIPMENT.
