Abstract: THE FCC 1220 WILL BE USED BY CABLE OPERATORS WITH MORE THAN 1,000 SUBSCRIBERS TO DEMONSTRATE THEIR COSTS OF PROVIDING CABLE SERVICE TO JUSTIFY RATES ABOVE LEVELS DETERMINED UNDER FCC'S RATES BASED ON A REVISED COMPETITIVE DIFFERENTIAL AND PRICE CAPS. IT WILL ALSO BE FILED WHEN RESPONDING TO COMPLAINT(S) FILED WITH FCC ABOUT CABLE PROGRAMMING SERVICE RATES AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.
