Abstract: DOMINANT COMMON CARRIERS WITH ANNUAL OPERATING REVENUE OF $100 MILLION OR MORE ARE REQUIRED TO FILE COPIES OF THEIR PENSION PLANS WITH THIS COMMISSION AND ALSO OF ANY PROPOSED CHANGES TO APPROVED PLANS. THE INFORMATION IS USED BY THE COMMISSION TO ASCERTAIN THE REASONABLENESS PENSION COSTS AS FAR AS THEY ENTER INTO THE DETERMINATION OF RATES.
