with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, this information
collection request is approved for use through June 1996. The
agency program staff and paperwork clearance staff should work
together to evaluate the agency's current and future information
needs In resubmitting this information collection request, the
agency must consider whether the program will continue to
practically exist given the lack of funding and interest on the
part of the states. If the information collection request is
resubmitted, the agency must identif (1) specific burden
reductions, (2) uses in information from other sources, and (3)
consolidation of collection methods.

THIS REGULATION PROMULGATES THE
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR THE DELIVE OF CERTAIN RURAL DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAMS UNDER A RURAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPME REVIEW PANEL ESTABLISHED
IN ELIGIBLE STATES AUTHORIZED UNDER SECTIONS 365, 366, 367, AND 368
OF THE CONSOLIDATED FARM AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ACT.
