Abstract: COAL EXPLORATION REQUIREMENTS IN SECTION 512 OF P.L. 95-87 PROVIDE THA PERSONS CONDUCTING COAL EXPLORATION SHALL COMPLY WITH EXPLORATION REGULATIONS ISSUED BY THE REGULATORY AUTHORITY. INFORMATION COLLECTIO IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE WHETHER THERE WILL BE SUBSTANTIAL DISTURBANCE SUBJECT TO RECLAMATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PROVISIONS PURSUAN TO THE ACT.
