THE PURPOSE OF THIS STANDARD AND ITS
INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMEN IS TO PROVIDE PROTECTION FOR
EMPLOYEES FROM ADVERSE HEALTH EFFECTS ASSOCIATED WITH OCCUPATIONAL
EXPOSURE TO IONIZING RADIATION.
