OMB approves material previously approved under OMB co rol Number
2506-0117. OMB does not approve the new requirements in th proposed
rule at this time. HUD should consider ways to further reduc burden
on states and localities that the new regulation would impose. It
is expected that HUD will address this issue in responding to
comments filed on the proposed rule by state and local
entities.
