Abstract: THE EVALUATION OF THE CONGREGATE HOUSING SERVICES PROGRAM WILL TEST TH EFFECTIVENESS OF COMBINING HOUSING WITH SUPPORTIVE SERVICES IN ALLOWIN FRAIL ELDERLY AND DISABLED PERSONS TO CONTINUE TO LIVE IN THEIR OWN HOMES. THE EVALUATION WILL ALSO DOCUMENT HOW GRANTEES HAVE IMPLEMENTE THEIR PROGRAMS.
