PUBLIC USE THE CPSC HOTLINE TO OBTAIN PRODUCT RECALL INFORMATION,
GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION, AND REFERALS TO OTHER AGENCIES. THE
SURVEY WILL IMPLEMENT E.O. 12862 AND DETERMINE THE CURRENT LEVEL OF
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, ADDITIONAL SERVICES DESIRED, AND WHICH
GROUPS MAY BE UNAWARE OF THE HOTLINE.
