Abstract: SECTION 76.944 PROVIDES THAT ANY PARTICIPANT IN A RATE MAKING PROCEEDING, AT THE FRANCHISING AUTHORITY LEVEL, MAY FILE AN APPEAL OF THE FRANCHISING AUTHORITY'S DECISION WITH THE FCC. THE INFORMATION WI BE USED BY THE FCC TO ENSURE THAT FRANCHISING AUTHORITY'S DECISIONS REGARDING CABLE RATES ARE CONSISTENT WITH PROVISIONS OF THE 1992 CABLE
