Abstract: FCC RULES REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE FOR RADIO FREQUENCY DEVICES IMPORTED INTO THE CUSTOMS TERRITORY OF THE U.S. INFORMATION IS USED TO REGULATE DEVICES THAT CAN CAUSE INTERFERENCE TO AUTHORIZED RADIO SERVICES. SUCH REGULATION HELPS PREVENT INTERFERENCE POSSIBLY LEADS TO ENFORCEMENT ACTION.
